Guruu is designed to be a safe place for younger users to learn, ask questions, and build confidence.
All users under 18 must use a guardian-managed account. This means a parent or legal guardian is actively involved in how the account is set up and used.

Getting started is simple:
Step 1 — Create a guardian account
A parent or guardian signs up first.
Step 2 — Add a younger user
Create a learner or teen guruu profile under your account. Go to settings, then family sharing.

Guardians stay informed and in control at every step.

During the session, you can:
Your guardian can then decide what to do next. If there is a problem with the session or payment, they can raise a formal dispute through Guruu.
You do not need to stay in a session that makes you feel uncomfortable.
